By accessing or using the CBH Prints website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

CBH Prints provides custom print products including, but not limited to, business cards, banners, yard signs, marketing materials, and promotional products.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may not enter production until payment is received and artwork is approved.

3. Artwork and Customer Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, and content submitted to CBH Prints.

You agree to indemnify and hold CBH Prints harmless from claims arising from submitted content.

4. Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval.

CBH Prints is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, grammar, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, layout issues, and color choices.

Production begins after approval.

5. Color Variation

Printed colors may vary from digital proofs due to differences in monitors, printing equipment, materials, and lighting conditions.

Minor color variations are not considered defects.

6. Production and Shipping

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

CBH Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are generally final.

If a manufacturing defect or production error occurs, CBH Prints may, at its discretion, reprint the order, issue a partial refund, or issue store credit.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, and branding remain the property of CBH Prints unless otherwise noted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBH Prints' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

CBH Prints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. SMS Terms

By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from CBH Prints related to your inquiry, quotes, orders, proofs, customer support, and order updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase goods or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

CBH Prints may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
